Job Description
The Principal IT Strategy & Planning Analyst IT is responsible for executing, continuously improving, and managing the health of the Resource Planning Management, Time Tracking and Communication services. In addition, this position will play a backup role for other IT Strategy & Planning services.
Responsibilities
Executes and coordinates complex and broad reaching processes, including data management, reporting, workflow processing, communication of workflow status, and coordinating activities across multiple teams internal and external to IT
Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned services area(s) to support customers of the service
Partners with stakeholders across the IT organization to gather requirements for improved services and processes
Leads the implementation of supporting tool and process changes ensuring high level of quality and appropriate communication to stakeholders
Conducts training for service customers and other stakeholders Provides consulting services to advise partners
Partners closely with the finance team and all IT leaders
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
8 years of work experience in IT, business operations or related field including 3 years of experience in process design and improvement
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and construct a cohesive story to support observations and recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships
Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor and provide feedback to other within the teamSolves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Ability to translate abstract concepts and problems into comprehensive solutions
Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinking
Anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view
Communicates complex concepts at all levels across the area or department
Established presenter of material adapted to the respective audience
Preferred Qualifications
PBM or healthcare industry experience
Project management and/or Scrum Master experience
Strong expertise with Excel
SharePoint experience is a plus
Experience in managing one or more services in the IT Strategy and Planning function
Physical Demands
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
