Sales Enablement Content Management Analyst
Job Description
The Sales Enablement Content Management Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and administration of content of the sales enablement platform and related libraries, available for internal and external focused Business Development, Sales and Product marketing content.
Responsibilities
Center of Excellence point of contact for the Sales Enablement Team answering day-to-day questions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and monitoring metrics; train users on the use and follow best practices on the sales enablement platform
Maintain accuracy of sales libraries by ensuring that content is up to date and relevant for key stakeholders to utilize
Collaborate with stakeholders to create homepages, product launch plays, training, coaching modules, and other ad hoc materials
Support Sales Team by ensuring self-serve presentations and executive summary builds are comprehensive and accurate using the sales enablement platform and libraries (
Train and educate users how to use the content database
Maintain understanding of marketing content to ensure quality control of sales enablement content and tools including correct file naming conventions, metadata tagging, version control and more
Provide support to Marketing project management team
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
2 years of work experience in related sales or marketing roles, including sales enablement, B2B marketing, product marketing and/or communications; one year experience using a sales enablement platform
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects at one time
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Strong proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, Loop, Teams, OneNote and Viva Engage
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting sales teams
PBM industry experience
Experience using a project management platform like Asana or Workfront
Experience using a sales enablement tool like Seimic, Highspot, Allego, Mindtickle, Showpad
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to “move or traverse”
Must be able to constantly operate a computer and/or other office productivity equipment
Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information

Potential pay for this position ranges from $59,000.00 - $94,000.00 based on experience and skills.
