Job Description
The Senior Principal, Business Execution is responsible for driving strategy towards execution. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to align enterprise goals with functional priorities, developing strategies and ensuring the strategic execution of the functional agenda. The Senior Principal will collaborate at the highest levels of the organization to drive change, ensure alignment, serve as an internal champion, and ultimately execute strategic plans within the assigned business unit.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with department leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy for Prime's capabilities within assigned business unit, considering owned assets, contracted partnerships, and local/regional solutions to enhance experience, reduce cost and ensure strong alignment with internal and external business partners, fostering a unified approach to work
Proactively build and maintain a network of key relationships to continuously understand business dynamics and influence business decisions; drive execution of initiatives by collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders cross-functionally to influence, implement, manage, and evolve processes
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders; establish an influential voice among senior leadership and build strong relationships with functional leaders across the organization, collaborating to solve complex problems.
Coordinate and lead short, medium and long-term strategic planning, providing oversight and guidance to major projects within the assigned organization
Drive execution on short, medium, and long-term goals
Partner with Product Innovation team to analyze industry trends, client needs, competitive threats, regulatory environment, and internal performance to deliver data-driven insights that support actionable strategic direction
Monitor and measure progress toward functional performance objectives; oversee the creation and execution of action plans to support the team's achievement of performance objectives

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required.
10 years of work experience in strategy, transformation, and/or business and corporate development roles or related field
Additional Qualifications
Deep understanding of strategy, operations, reporting, and forecasting with demonstrated ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions
Proven ability to coach and collaborate with team members
Highly developed communication and presentation skills at senior leadership and executive leadership levels with the ability to effectively present and sell concepts and tactics
Ability to quickly understand needs and act on those needs; ability to conceptualize and effectuate change management and "out of the box" thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business or related field.
Experience in the PBM industry.
Project and/or business analysis certifications including PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, BA, PMI-PBA, ECBA, CBAP
Physical Demands
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to “move or traverse”
Must be able to constantly operate a computer and/or other office productivity equipment
Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
