Job Description
The Networks Client Services Manager is responsible for managing Prime's network products and supporting key internal stakeholders in the socialization and adoption of network strategies and initiatives for assigned clients. This position is accountable for supporting, managing and facilitating the implementation of operational plans for a complex set of programs and critical initiatives, including the review and integration of applicable state and federal regulations or guidance into Prime's contracts and Provider Manual. The Network Client Services Manager supports efforts to ensure all network (non-financial) performance guarantees are met as well as supporting financial guarantee management and interests.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, the Director of Network Client Services, and other key stakeholders to identify areas of focus and potential projects where process redesign/improvement can impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position and customer satisfaction; provide recommendations to Network Management leadership regarding opportunities and improvement initiatives
Support the execution and adoption of new network strategies and initiatives and ensure compliance and measures to support pharmacy network performance are appropriately represented in new or changing programs
Work with clients, Director of Network Client Services, and other key stakeholders related to specific network products and initiatives to evaluate and synthesize client requests and provide guidance on implementation requests
Participate in the preparation and delivery of performance-based presentations for internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvement programs and network design changes
Support Client facing teams in business case and project request development; serve as liaison back to the impacted stakeholders within Network Management to identify and resolve all associated risks or action items
Facilitate and support client specific action plans and tracking methodology, including the management of a single view dashboard

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
5 years of related work experience in client facing roles within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or retail pharmacy to include at least 2 years of experience working directly with Medicaid and Medicare or other regulatory guidance
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to mesh client and internal business working partnerships
Well-developed analytical, organizational, interpretive, and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects within strict timelines, under pressure
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organization
Negotiation and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Retail Pharmacy, or working with Retail and Chain provider representatives and/or Provider Performance Indicators
Prior experience with Pharmacy Network Contracting
Experience working with Commercial and Medicare and/or Medicaid programs
Track record of success in dealing effectively with complex projects entailing frequent interaction with executives
Physical Demands
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
