Job Description
The Senior Vendor Performance Analyst ensures delivery of high-quality vendor services to IT and/or Business functions by providing centralized oversight to measure vendor performance, as well as fostering strong vendor relationships. In addition to working directly with vendors, this role will partner with many areas within Prime, including business capability owners, Strategic Sourcing, Business Capabilities, and Innovation (BCI), IT, Vendor Management Office, Compliance, PMO and Audit to understand how Prime's strategic investments can generate maximum value.
Responsibilities
Build strong network of relationships with internal stakeholders to share information about vendor contractual obligations and performance, and to troubleshoot issues
Manage overall maintenance and maturity of the Vendor Performance Program including developing and implementing process improvements and reviewing, updating and maintaining existing processes
Develop vendor performance assessment methodology, lead vendor performance assessments, identify opportunities to increase value from vendor base depending on business needs, and establish plans for vendor improvement
Prepare and distribute vendor dashboard to senior/executive leadership
Assist vendor owners in estimating annual vendor budgets
Participate in and/or facilitate regular touchpoint meetings with vendors

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience in vendor relations; HS Diploma or GED is required
5 years of work experience in vendor management
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
Proven customer service orientation
Experience preparing budgets and/or purchase orders
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including strong presentation skills
Ability to explain complex procedures and processes to a variety of audiences
Action oriented with the ability to articulate and implement opportunities
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Vendor Management Systems
Familiarity with financial models and concepts
Working knowledge of contractual terms
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Physical Demands
Occasional non-standard hours and travel may be required
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
